ACTIVITY FEE
2023 - 2024 School Year
A One Hundred Dollar ($100) activity fee is charged to all cadets in the JROTC program. This fee offsets the high cost of operations not covered by Langham Creek High School or the United States Air Force.
This fee is non-refundable or transferable.
All Activity Fee payments must be made through the School Cash system. If a cadet is unable to make their Activity Fee payment through the School Cash system, they must speak with one of the instructors to discuss other options.

School Cash Partial Payments
We understand that everyone's financial situation is different and that for some, it would be easier to break their activity fee payment into smaller, more managable payments. As a result, we've set up our school cash activity fee to accept partial payments in amounts determined by you. If you would like to break your activity fee payment into multiple transactions, simply follow the instructions below:
1. Click on the link above to open the SchoolCash account login page.
2. Sign Into your account.
3. Select the Items tab.
4. Select an item by clicking on the item's name.
5. Select 'Pay a Partial amount.'
6. Enter the amount you'd like to pay.
7. Add the item to your cart by selecting Add to Cart.
8. Review the items in your cart:
9. Select MasterCard/Visa or eCheck.
10. Enter your credit card/account information and select Continue.
11. Enter your billing address and select Continue.
12. You'll be redirected to the Review Your Order Page.
13. Finalize your order by selecting Complete Your Order.
*Note: The SchoolCash Online payment history will reflect the partial payments and outstanding balance as a reference for you. Receipts will be issued each amount paid.
